Our History
Net Works Inc was started in early 2000 by Jason Ionno. Jason was then working for a financial firm in Orlando, FL as the IT manager. On a daily basis he was contracting dozens of IT companies to keep the firm going. One company for wiring, another for PCs. A web development group, database programmers, a phone system rep, the list went on and on. He left to open a full service IT firm in Daytona Beach, FL. The goal was to have all of these services under one roof.
At that time, Jason’s older brother Tony Ionno was working in the IT department for Progressive Insurance, in Cleveland Ohio. In 2001, Tony was convinced to move to Daytona Beach and manage the hardware division of the company and Net Works became the family business.
In their 10th year, blessed with many wonderful customers and a brilliant and hard working staff, Net Works had outgrown its office on Seabreeze Blvd. In February 2010, they purchased a building in beautiful downtown Daytona Beach.
Net Works currently has a staff of 15, with specialties in all facets of information technology.

Deonna was born in Bellflower, CA and moved to the Daytona Beach area in 1995. She has been working with Net Works as Office/Accounting Manager since January 2010. Deonna has over 20 years experience in the customer service industry and project management.

Mitch Herman
Technician
Mitch, a native Floridian, began working on computers at a young age with a Tandy 1000. He was building computers in the early ’90s and still enjoys the hardware side of computer/repairs. Specialties: High-end system building, Performance tweaking, C.C.T.V, wiring, Windows Server management, Network Design and Installation, Computer Systems Hardware specialist, ARM systems and Digital Signage. Mitch is certified in Cisco Meraki implementation and is a Ubiquiti Master Network Admin

Cody Ray
Office Manager
Cody was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana but moved to Florida at an early age. Cody has been repairing computers for over a decade and has taken classes in computer programming. He received his Associate of the Arts from Daytona State with Honors and is currently enrolled in Daytona State’s Photography program.

He specializes in high-performance office copiers, printers, and MFP’s. Jason is trained on many manufacturers including Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, Brother, and many others.

Dustin, a native Floridian, has lived in Daytona Beach for nearly 20 years. He has experience in cellphone repair, wiring, C.C.T.V. / low voltage systems, retail and customer service. Dustin looks forward to learning something new everyday and genuinely cares about the customers and receives great satisfaction in helping others.
